Through Community Living individuals are visited by a Support, Time and Recovery Worker in their home. Each individual is assigned no more than two named workers although sometimes you might be visited by another member of the team if your worker is off sick or on annual leave.

The worker will agree with you a support plan. In this support plan you will identify what the barriers are for you in recovery (this might be debt, feeling isolated, needing support to resolve conflict or someone to walk alongside you whilst you tackle practical issues) and what issues you would like to address. The worker will then facilitate you to overcome these obstacles.

Community Living offers individuals between two and eight hours a week.
