We have two opportunities for managers to join our small and busy charitable organisation and help us to make a difference to people’s recovery in our area.

We are also looking for a Peer Networks Coordinator to support Anchors and volunteer Peer Workers.

Job title:          Community Independence Manager
Location:         Nominally based in Exeter and managing staff who are
                         working across Exeter and East Devon.
Hours:             37.5 hours per week
Salary:             £21,742.50 per annum

We are looking for a Community Independence Manager to manage the Supporting Independence, Direct Payment, Private Client and Victim Care Contracts, ensuring that our work is focused and recovery driven at all times. Please download the job description, person specification and application form.

Job title:        Supported Living Manager
Location:       Nominally based in Exeter.
Hours:            37.5 hours per week
Salary:           £21,742.50 per annum

We are looking for a Supported Living Manager to manage and work in the Supported Living Properties and to provide oversight of the other properties which Mind in Exeter and East Devon is managing agent for, ensuring that our work is focused and recovery driven at all times. We are looking for a Peer Networks Coordinator for a fixed-term contract for 12 months. The Peer Networks Coordinator will support Anchors and Volunteer Peer Workers and oversee the current work of the Men's and Women's Networks. The post is 22.5 hours per week.
